Description
Awakening Spiritual Self
Is a 30-minute consultation, 1:1 Zoom call with me, where we will discuss your current meditation and spiritual practice, and talk about day-to-day challenges and your short-term goals. Afterward, I will create 2 personalized meditation audio tracks (with or without music) that have a 15-20-minute duration to be used daily to transmute the stressors that no longer serve and get you on the path to aligning with your true self.
