Description
Through Yoga and Meditation Sessions, Natalie leads 30-minute, virtual classes via Zoom to help employees begin their day feeling grounded, energized, and focused. Unlike classes at a studio, employees can practice Yoga in the comfort and privacy of their own homes. After only two weeks, employees will start to feel the benefits of their practice, which includes increased well-being, happier relationships with colleagues, a sharper mindset, and enhanced performance under stressful circumstances.
From new work from home policies, to job security, to fears from the immense changes in the workplace, many are left feeling tired, uncertain, and riddled with anxiety. With the demands of a 9-5 job, employees have found themselves face to face with stress and sheer exhaustion – both physically and mentally – with their overall well-being and mental health needing a major upgrade. The underlying issue is that many people do not know how to make the changes needed to shift out of a place of worry and into a place of confidence in the workplace. Through corporate Yoga & Meditation, employees will learn the tools and techniques that not only improve their well-being, but work performance as well. The Yoga at work, or office Yoga classes, will also assist in remote team building within the organization.
