I grew up in the Midwest(St. Paul MN), lived there up through University, where I captained a national champion basketball team; following University I moved out West to be near the mountains, first spending time near Bozeman, MT, before moving to Denver two summers ago. I grew up camping, hiking, fishing, all things outdoors with my parents and two older brothers, also playing all kinds of sports, so the move out West was a no brainer for me! I love to draw, paint, and explore different means of artistic expression, have an insatiable hunger for more knowledge on health and fitness, and am driven each day by the need to help others, to share my passion and knowledge to help others to better their lives and their well-being. I love music, art, movies, good food, sports, traveling, and all things outdoors.
