TIME: Meet once per week for 12 weeks (3 months)

INVESTMENT: Total cost is for the full three months working together. You can submit the invoice to your insurance company if they cover Mental Wellness.

ADDITIONAL: You will receive one Meditation recording per week after each session. You will also receive a journal and additional homework. I will be available for support via email during our 12 weeks together.
