Description
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient through touch, activating the natural healing processes of the patient's body, and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Reiki can be sent through both time and space. As such, it can be sent to anyone at a distance, and can be sent backward or forward through time.
A Distance Reiki Session is the same as having an in-person session, and it is equally as effective. To prepare for this session, Jamie will contact you to set up a specific date and time so you can settle in, relax, and enjoy your Reiki session.
Jamie generally helps those who feel stuck in some area of life, such as finding themselves in unloving relationships or trouble letting go, trouble sticking to routines or decision making, getting stuck in patterns or generalized feeling of being stressed out. She helps promote mental, emotional and spiritual healing along with tangible Life coaching steps towards a healthful future.
