However, SproutStep LLC will not refund the 10% SproutStep marketplace commission fee or the Stripe payment processing fee under any circumstances.
Please follow the instructions in the website FAQs to file a dispute, refund request, or cancellation request.
In most cases, you can attempt to reschedule your appointment by messaging your practitioner.

I am a Certified Wellness Life coach, accredited through the ICF with a strong background in nutrition and exercise. Through my 21 years of K-12+ teaching experience, I've worked with a wide range of people of diverse backgrounds and varying needs. I am an energetic, caring, empathetic coach who loves to see people grow and reach their goals!
In my work, I empower you to reach success by ensuring that your goals align with who your values, eliminating barriers, and determining the next steps to success. I believe in balance of the whole person and working step by step at the pace that is best for you, whether little steps or "go-get-'em" style. I can work with you as a coach and/or as a nutrition/exercise consultant to help you get to where you see yourself.
I am also a certified personal trainer. You can choose the service that fits for you. I can write you an individualized plan that you implement on your own and/or we can meet for training sessions. Either way, expect a plan that is unique to you, taking your fitness level, goals, and needs for your body into consideration.
What to expect in our 50 minute sessions: (first 30 min. strategy session free) -Clarify goals -Design an individualized plan -Make changes at your pace, step by step -Feel amazing within your body!
