Helping someone with their healing process is my passion, and I would be honored to be of service to you.  I've been a Reiki practitioner for over 10 years and a Level 2 Pranic Energy Healing practitioner for over 8 years.  I've been in the transformational arena for over 5 years as well, so I can incorporate mindset coaching that may be able to help a person get out of holding patterns that are not serving their healing process.

Through Energy Healing, your body's subtle energy systems (chakras or energy centers) will be activated to remove blocks that may be slowing down your body's ability to heal itself.  Once these blocks are removed, your body's natural healing abilities will kick into gear (Think of a plumber unclogging your home's pipes).  I use a combination of energy healing methods (Reiki, Pranic Energy Healing, Divine Grace, and my own style of energy healing) to provide the relaxation and the nudge your body, mind, and soul need to start your healing process.  

Because of its relaxation abilities, Reiki is used in many medical facilities, resorts, and spas.  I actually started my Reiki journey by learning about Reiki at Whittier Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital, where they practice Reiki at their Cancer Care center. 

A session will last approximately one hour, and it's customized to your needs.  It can be done virtually or in person (I'm located in Wildomar, CA in Riverside County if you would like to experience an in-person session).  For the session, I recommend that you either lay down or sit in a comfortable position.  No two sessions are the same, but most people experience deep relaxation, pain reduction, and lowered stress.
