I am a mom, wife, educator, and blogger with a mission to share health and wellness information with the world. I have knowledge and interests in psychology, education, and nutrition that I have obtained through my professional and academic background. I have an undergraduate degree in Criminology, a Doctor of Psychology, and three master’s degrees in Forensic Psychology, Education, and Nutrition. Yes, I am a lifelong learner! I love to learn and have pursued any opportunity I have had to advance my education in areas that have interested me. I have experience in mental health and education and have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds throughout my professional experience. Teaching, educating, and helping others is something I have found that I am truly passionate about. I have been married for 10 years to my wonderful husband and have a 17-year old son from a previous marriage. We also have an English Bulldog named Winston. Together, we enjoy fitness, movies, and traveling. Spending time together is our favorite thing to do!
