My coaching vision is to foster and apply your own unique abilities to heal and improve health, so that you build trust within yourself. You will leave our sessions feeling empowered and inspired to act. After almost losing my life, I healed and reinvented myself to become an RN and live a life in service of others. I currently work as a post-surgical nurse in northern Colorado and independently provide coaching services. I live with my husband and poodle. I enjoy nature, yoga, meditation, dancing, and exploring new things.
