I am a licensed physical therapist in NJ since 2006 and am the clinic director of my office. I have treated countless patients from pediatrics to professional athletes. I have an extensive athletic background, competing in many sports through my youth and early adulthood. I was and am still a competitive swimmer through high school, college, and post-grad. After a graduate assistant year at Misericordia, I then transitioned to triathlon. I was a competitive age group triathlete, winning my age group numerous times and specializing in sprint triathlon, while racing up to the half Ironman distance. I have coached all age groups in swimming and triathlon, working with adults of all ability levels, experience, and racing distance. I have also coached high school swimming for the past 7 years, recently stepping down to spend more time with my 2 young children. Needless to say, I have spent a lot of time around the water. I have raced in over 50 races over various distances including: sprint, Olympic, half Ironman triathlons, 5k, half marathons, marathon, SwimRuns, and obstacle races. I have tremendous experience with endurance sports, weight training, injury prevention, and can develop any sort of training regimen. I exercise daily and think it is one of the most important things a person can do for themselves. I practice what I preach and can help you!I will not be performing evaluations and always defer to seeing your health professional in person.
