Hello all!I'm a chef/ health coach and I am committed to helping people find stimulating and sustainable ways to transform into their best selves. As a seasoned chef, I have a deep affinity for food and can help you gain a healthy relationship with it without deprivation or judgement. I believe in creating a safe place to break the unhealthy cycles and tailor a plan specifically to you, and set you up for goal success. Being well is such an expansive term to define and there are many factors in what determines how you feel.. -junk food snacking -poor sleep -stress -binge eating -uneasy homelife/worklife -etc. I believe in treating your body well and that also includes your mind. My program is not made to dictate or judge, but to be supportive, positive and help bring your goals into fruition. Look forward to working with you!
