I’m a meditation instructor, and I’ve been practicing meditation since I discovered its magic at a young age. I’ve used meditation to heal chronic physical and emotional pain, and to tap into the subconscious to rewire old thought patterns and transcend limiting beliefs.
I am certified in Mindfulness & Meditation Teaching as well as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Through an understanding of where you are on your healing journey and where you want to be, I will be your guide and supporter as you set new intentions, embody a higher version of yourself, and create a loving relationship with your mind.
