She currently holds her CrossFit Level 2 Certification. She is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She also holds a specialty certification in modification, scaling, programming and running. Megan has an extensive background in strength, conditioning, speed, endurance, and agility training as she has over 1,000 hours of personal training and nutrition experience. Megan incorporates a holistic approach to her client sessions, targeting all components of health and wellness. Her focus on teaching proper form, posture, and balance helps ensure client’s body and spatial awareness while exercising. Megan aims to educate clients, help them obtain positive behavior change, and create lifelong healthy choices by focusing on LIFESTYLE nutrition and adjustments., She is currently a postpartum mother who has experienced the challenge of regaining strength and recovery from cesarean section procedures. Megan hopes to empower women to understand their true potential. We all need someone who cares about us!
