I am a certified health coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I have been living a plant based whole foods diet and lifestyle for 5 years now. This lifestyle has helped me lose weight, reduce my health numbers (cholesterol), increased my energy so that I can now walk 14,000 steps a day! Many of the aches and pains I was experiencing are now gone!!! I am 60 years old and loving life!! I am a former classroom teacher and I am excited to be taking my teaching skills in a whole new direction: health and wellness. Living a healthy lifestyle is my passion and I can't wait to share it with others!!!
