I’m Jenn Dougherty, I’m a mom, Athletic Trainer/Sports Medicine healthcare provider, Integrative healthcare believer, lover of food & plant based healing, essential oils, and natural solutions. I have worked as a healthcare provider for 25 years as a Certified AT in the sports medicine arena. In the last 15 years I've expanded my education to incorporated more integrative medicine applications including Certifications in Massage Therapy, Essential Oil Coaching, and Health Coaching with the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I believe in a blended and balanced approach between western medical care and integrative health approaches and want to share these options with the world! Personally, my first line of defense for health care at home is essential oil and herbal home remedies and when that’s not getting the job done…we go to the Doctor. Again, I believe a BALANCED approach is the key!
