- Initial Kick-Off Session –60 minute review of health questionnaire and DNA results w/ Elaine Valenza, CNTP, 3×4 Blueprint Certified.
- A full color, 30 page Genetic Report and Actionable Plan that uses infographics, explanations and recommendations, prioritizing the top three suggestions for nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle changes for each of your most genetically impactful pathways. Also included is a full genetic summary emailed to you by EV Nutrition.
- Personalized Plans based on your DNA results including:
- Supplement Plan
- Fitness & Meditation Plan
- Recipes/Meal Plan
- Grocery Lists
- “Story of You” a digital quick guide summary & action plan based on both your health questionnaire and DNA results
- Accountability Journal so that you can keep track of your progress and record changes that you notice throughout each week (reviewed by Elaine monthly)
