Description
Reiki healing includes sound therapy, aura healing, cell clearing and chakra balancing.
The session will start with a chat about what’s going on followed by breathwork and a guided meditation.
If you are looking to release areas of discomfort that are held within your being/body then we need to TALK.

My name is Rachel and I have been an Ushi Reiki Practitioner since Nov 2020 and recently certified as a level 3 Kundalini Reiki Practitioner.
In receiving Reiki, our bodies are able to experience deep relaxation and release of energy blockages. Chakras become balanced, meridians are cleared and stress symptoms subside. In this way, Reiki treats not only our physical body, but our mind and emotions.
A session will last approximately one hour, and it's customized to your needs. Sessions are done virtually or in person. I used breathwork and guided meditation for us to connect with source and let go of the day. At the end of the session people feel lighter, rejuvenated and a reduction in pain.
I am located in Denver, CO for in person sessions. I am open to traveling for sessions.
