Description
During the initial consultation we will perform in depth analysis of your doshik assessment to determine your body constitution, and determine your imbalance. Then we will discuss specific concerns you have regarding your health, diet and lifestyle. After this we set a personalized diet, stress management, lifestyle suggestions. All of this is tailored to your specific requirements.
