Description
We are usually so focused on taking care of everyone else in our lives that we forget to take care of ourselves. Can anyone relate? If you've ever flown in an airplane you know that your are instructed to put the oxygen mask on yourself BEFORE putting it on someone else. The reason is because you are no good to anyone if you yourself can't breathe properly. The same is true in life. If you don't take care of yourself first, you can't be the husband, wife, daughter, mother, father, etc. that you need to be for the people you love.
If you are ready to put your needs first, I invite you to join me in my health coaching program where we will work together, 1:1 for 12 weeks. We will meet 1x week for 45-60 minutes per session. In this program you will learn the What, How and Why's of eating.
We start with "What" by upgrading the quality of your food so you are eating foods that don't have added chemicals, leave you feeling full so you don't feel the need to snack and fuel your body so you are able to sustain energy throughout your day.
You will learn "How" to eat by slowing down the time it takes to eat meals in order to for your body to properly digest, absorb nutrients and leave you feeling satisfied after a meal.
We will also focus on "Why" you are making the choices you are making by digging into your belief system. Your belief system is what you believe about yourself and the world and will drive your thoughts and habits. By understanding your beliefs you will begin to change your thoughts thus changing your habits into healthy ones for long term success.
I use a 5 step system where you will Step Back, Let Go, Say Yes to Self, Take Inspired Action and Set up Accountability. Together, these 5 steps are what make lasting success inevitable. Every week you will receive a customized strategy plan, weekly accountability and support, and doable action steps that also aide in getting you closer to your goals.
