My program offerings are a series of one-on-one collaborative sessions with me that are coupled with introspective exercises and provided resources. The goal of these offerings is to assist you in reconnecting with yourself, and support you in creating your own unique version of a healthy lifestyle. You will learn to create empowering foundational habits that can be implemented and built upon for a lifetime. We work on developing your own intrinsic motivation, tapping into your inner resources, and building practices for sustainable change with confidence.
I practice a holistic approach in my coaching and programs. I believe our bodies are designed to naturally heal and keep balance, and we can easily support our natural rhythm with very simple approaches to health. I believe health and wellbeing is extremely individual; everyone’s body is different, everyone’s lifestyle is different, and what works for some will not work for all. My goal is to provide a unique experience for each person I work with, and guide them in learning about themselves on a deeper level. As your coach, I have no expectations for your program besides supporting you in working toward bettering your overall health. My role is to partner with you in creating the change you are looking for, all on your own!
