Hi, I'm Diana Metz, a certified health coach with the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I'm certified to work with families and seniors in all areas of health 'n wellness coaching. I've had over 25 years teaching experience having been both an elementary school teacher and a home educator for my children, prior to becoming a health coach.It is my passion to see others walking in health 'n wellness in all areas of their life.
